		<description>Congrats! Loved your story I, Myself started running a year ago, October 18 2010 to be exact. I was 205 lbs. Started doing 1/2 a mile. I&#039;ve lost 55 lbs. I can relate to your story. I sign up and was choosen to be part of the 2012 chevron Houston Marathon. I am now running up to 15 miles. Its amazing the things we can accomplish one day at a time. With a lot of discipline and encouragement the sky is the limit. Keep up the good work and see you in January</description>

		<description>Any Lukes Locker will gladly take any unwanted running shoes!  Depending on status, some are donated for re-use but most are recycled to make playgrounds and running tracks!!!</description>
